Payment Information - We accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express(via PayPal or Phone) or Laser (via Phone).

Returns - Refunds or Exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (Ireland only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

VAT - All prices in the catalogue and on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 21% where applicable. VAT can be excluded from Orders within the EU with a Valid VAT number - please advise your number during checkout and the VAT amount will be refunded to you.
