We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of cleared payment. You will be notified of any out of stock items immediately and, if acceptable, they will be forwarded to you at no extra cost once back in stock. Actual shipping cost will be qouted during the checkout process prior to final confirmation of yoru order.
Ireland (32 counties) - Orders up to €150 - Charge at cost to a Maximum of €8 Orders Over €150- Free NOTE: For customers in Northern Ireland when registering please use Ireland as your country, not United Kingdom, as the shopping cart will calculate your shipping as if it is going to mainland UK.
Heavy and/or bulky items - For some products, the regular shipping rates may not apply. This may be due to the size, shape or weight of the items. We will contact you within 24 hours if we cannot ship these items for the quoted carriage costs. We will advise you of the revised delivery costs and at this stage have the option of cancelling the order.
UK - Usually 2 days, Allow up to 7 Days, Europe - Usually 4 Days, Allow up to 10 Days - Charged at cost, using the cheapest possible method.
USA, Canada & Australia - We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us by e-mail for a shipping quote.
Returns - Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (Ireland only). Please fill in the online return form and return to us, pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the Packing Slip which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
